License
When launching CueCollab without a valid license, the application will start in demo mode.
You can use the demo mode of this app as much as you want. Feel free to experiment with it, or even use it for projects. You’ll have full access to all features.
Activate License
Section titled “Activate License”- Open the Administration section of the application and navigate to License.
- Enter the License Key in the field and click Activate License.
- An internet connection is required to validate the license on activation.
- The license key will then be linked to your hardware.
Successful Activation
Section titled “Successful Activation”After activation, the license key is linked to your specific hardware.
You can use the activated software offline for at least 30 days, depending on the license type.
If the software cannot reach the activation server within this validity period, it will stop working until it can connect to the server again.
Managing Your License

Section titled “Refresh Offline License”The license refreshes automatically from time to time.
If you plan to be offline for an extended period, you can use this option to refresh the license validity to the maximum offline period assigned to your license key.
Deactivate License
Section titled “Deactivate License”Each license key has a maximum number of devices it can be activated on. Once you reach this limit, you cannot activate additional devices with the same key.
To use the license on a new device, you must first free up one of your existing activation slots by deactivating the current license.
Warning: Ensure this action is intentional; deactivation may require contacting support for reactivation.
Deactivation Methods
Section titled “Deactivation Methods”In-App Deactivation (Recommended)
Use the Deactivate License option in Administration > License to free up the activation slot for use on another device.
License Management Portal
If you cannot use the in-app deactivation process, you can use the License Management Portal to deactivate an existing activation.

Log in using the email address associated with your license.
Once you select your product and license key, you can manage your activated devices in the portal.
