System Requirements

MacOS

MacOS 12 Monterey and newer
CPU: Intel or Apple Silicon processor
RAM: 8 GB or more
Storage: SSD with at least 8 GB of free space
Network: 1/2.5/10G wired LAN connection
Internet: Required for license activation and updates

Timecode Input

MIDI/MTC is the recommended timecode input method.
You can use any MIDI device that is recognized by your operating system.
ArtNet timecode input over the network.
Ensure that no firewall is blocking the traffic.

SMPTE/LTC audio input via an audio interface is not currently supported.
Check the FAQ for alternatives.

Video Recording (optional)

Open Broadcaster Software (OBS): Version 29.0 or newer
Input Device: Any webcam or SDI/HDMI capture device supported by OBS
Storage: SSD with sufficient free space for video recordings

To use the advanced video recording features of CueCollab (such as Review and Notes linked to video recordings), OBS must be installed on the same machine.

Client Devices (optional)

Any device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox)
Stable network connection (wired LAN is recommended)
