System Settings
System-level settings that apply to this CueCollab installation. Saving these settings forces all connected clients to reload.
System Name
Section titled “System Name”A unique name for this CueCollab instance. Shown on the home screen to help identify the system when multiple CueCollab installations are running on the same network (e.g. Main Stage, Rehearsal Room). Leave empty to use the default name.
Customize Home Screen
Section titled “Customize Home Screen”Allows an admin to define a fixed set of modules shown on the Home Screen for all users. By default, users can choose their own favorites — this setting overrides that for the whole system.
Home Screen Items
Section titled “Home Screen Items”Select which modules should be visible on the home screen. Only the selected items will appear in the navigation. Hidden items remain accessible via their direct URL.
Leave empty to show the default home screen with all modules available.
Disable “Show All” and Ignore User Home Screen Items
Section titled “Disable “Show All” and Ignore User Home Screen Items”When enabled together with a fixed item list, users cannot override the home screen selection — the “Show All” button and individual favorites are hidden. The admin-defined set of items becomes the only navigation available.
Useful for setups where only a specific subset of CueCollab features is needed and the interface should be kept simple for the crew.
